Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are provided to give you clarity about the way we work, confirms expectations of level of commitment from both parties and ensures we are all protected.

The Means:
In this document the following expressions have the following meanings: The Client means the person who accepts a verbal or written quotation from Swimezee for contracted services.

Delivery:
Delivery of the Swimezee program is inline with the current ASA regulations.
All swimming instructions working for Swimezee are CRB (Criminal Record Bureau) DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked and trained to the ASA level 1 as a minimum.

Payments:
Payment terms for Swimezee. Payment to be made by advertised date on renewal forms and emails.
Payment has to be made in full before any child enters the water due to our insurance policy.
Payment methods are, Direct Bank Payment, Cheque: Made Payable to Swimezee; or Cash
Contact Details:
Swimezee hold your contact details form for our own purposes and will not pass these details on.
These details are used for contact, medical and emergency contact only.
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to keep these details up to date.

Cancellations/Refunds:
If Swimezee at any time have to cancel a lesson all efforts will be made to make the lesson up at the end of any term or time agreed.
If no make up lesson can be offered Swimezee will either:
  • Reimburse the lesson fee
  • Reduce the following term by the amount of the missed lesson.
  • If the client is at any time unable to make a lesson for any reason, no refund will be offered. This includes:
  • Illness
  • Accident
  • Holidays
  • Lateness
Should a place on the Swimezee program no longer be required please inform us as soon as possible.
Should payment have been made the following administrational fees apply –
  • 4 weeks prior to start date – 100% (Full Refund Given)
  • 2 weeks prior to start date – 75% Refund (25% Admin Fee)
  • Any time after 2 weeks prior to start date – 50% Refund (50% Admin Fee)
  • During the term – NO REFUND Given
These administrational fees apply to –
Rescheduling of Registers
Change to Insurance policy
Reassigning the place

Should an injure occur outside of Swimezee Swimming lesson which will stop your child being able to attend, NO refund or Credit will be offered.

COVID-19 Refund Policy - Due to the current GLOBAL pandemic and the ever changing rules, NO REFUNDS will be given should the UK Government choose to lockdown the country. ALL outstanding lessons will be carried over to the next available term. Every effort will be made by Swimezee to accommodate your children but each enquiry will be handled on a case by case basis.

It is really important that these terms and conditions work well for both parties, therefore, please take a moment to re-read and check that there are not any questions that we need to answer or commitments that you are unable to stick to.
